Visual identity of the ‘Ritums’ Centre for Culture and Folk Art
The Riga City Municipality agency “Īrga Center for Traditional Culture and Crafts” was established by Riga City Council Decision No. 2844 of December 19, 1995, by merging the staff of educational, higher education, and scientific institutions—better known to the public as the Teachers’ House—and the 18 amateur arts groups from the Printers’ Cultural Center, which had been left without a home following the dissolution of these two trade union cultural institutions. Until August 2026, the institution was known as the “Ritums Center for Culture and Folk Art.”
