- Principal Terms
- This Code of Conduct (hereafter referred to as the “Code”) applies to enivo, Ltd. (hereafter referred to as the “enivo“).
- The Code’s Purpose is to guide enivo business practices based on core ethical principles and to assist employees in navigating ethical dilemmas. In situations not directly addressed by the Code, employees should adhere to general standards of conduct.
- The ethical principles, values, and norms outlined in this Code apply to all enivo employees in their work behavior, interactions with colleagues, clients, business partners, suppliers, government bodies, non-governmental organizations, and the media. Adherence to this Code is integral to the employment relationship with enivo.
- Employees must recognize that their individual actions contribute to enivo public image and reputation.
- The Code is not an exhaustive list of values and ethical standards. Employees must also observe generally accepted values, ethical principles, and behavioral standards in their actions.

- Human Rights
- enivo respects internationally recognized human rights standards.
- enivo guarantees that it does not engage in, nor will it support, human rights violations, and strives to ensure that proper controls are in place to prevent such violations.
- Child Labor
- enivo strictly prohibits the employment of children below the legal minimum age defined by relevant laws.
- Children who meet the legal employment age will not be assigned to dangerous work or tasks harmful to their health, development, or morality.
- Forced Labor
- enivo prohibits the use of forced labor under any circumstances.
- Forced labor refers to any work or service compelled through threat of punishment, where the person has not voluntarily agreed.
- Employees have the right to freely terminate their employment, provided they adhere to the notice period defined by law or agreement.
- Non-Discrimination
- enivo treats all employees with respect, ensuring equal working conditions.
- Discrimination of any form, including based on race, gender, age, disability, religion, political opinion, sexual orientation, marital status, or pregnancy, is prohibited. Harassment, abuse, or threats of violence are also prohibited.
- Work Environment
- Employees are entitled to a safe and healthy work environment. enivo welcomes new ideas and feedback.

- Environmental Protection
- enivo takes proactive steps in promoting environmental responsibility and supports precautionary measures in environmental issues.

- Employees must avoid any actions that could harm the enivo
- Employees should perform their duties with care, fairness, and responsibility, refraining from actions that might jeopardize the enivo
- Personal interests should never interfere with professional duties.
- Employees must not misuse confidential information acquired during their work and must refrain from disclosing it to third parties.
- Employees must be respectful, kind, and helpful to colleagues, clients, and business partners, maintaining a professional and respectful tone in all interactions. Offensive actions or words are prohibited.
- Employees must not support or conceal illegal actions in the course of their work.

- Courageous: We are courageous because we are constantly stepping out of our comfort zone. We want to keep evolving and are always looking for ways to do so. We are constantly developing our competences and taking on new challenges. We are courageous to find and offer our clients the solutions that can help them best, even if they tend to be non-standard.
- Dynamic: We are dynamic because we keep up with the fast pace of life and our customers’ demands. Work is always tight and tight deadlines are the order of the day. But that doesn’t scare us, because the work is never boring and no two projects are the same. Our everyday life is dynamic because every client and every project is unique, unique and dynamic. It is very satisfying to see the results.
- Creative: Creativity is our everyday life. It’s not just the designers, it’s all the other people involved in the project. Creativity is not just the artistic thinking, vision and realization, but the whole working process. Every single thing, every single element can be done creatively, which makes the whole process more interesting. It also allows each person to make an additional contribution, allowing them to express themselves in what they do best.
- Social Values
- Family: We stand for healthy relationships and happy families. Families are the future of every nation and every person. It is one of the most stable values that can give meaning to any of life’s challenges. We adhere to this value in our daily work, refusing to produce any material that promotes gambling, violence, abortion, pornography, same-sex relationships etc.
- Love: We are all used to thinking of love as just two people being emotionally attached to each other. But love is much broader than that, it is limitless. It is universal, because love can love anything. It multiplies good when channeled properly and expects nothing in return towards family and friends, fellow human beings and strangers, nature and all life around us. We love our work and our clients.
- Integrity: We are against enveloped wages, tax laundering schemes, bribes and pirated software. We stand for sound sleep, paid taxes, social guarantees for employees and transparent cooperation with customers and partners. It has been proven countless times that honesty pays off in the long run. We are not interested in short-term temptations, but in long-term stability and cooperation.
- Professional Values
- Mutual Relationships
- Employees must collaborate effectively with colleagues, offering assistance when necessary, and never abusing their trust.
- Employees should treat each other with respect, fostering a relationship of trust and cooperation.
- Public criticism, humiliation, or a cynical attitude towards colleagues is unacceptable. Feedback should be constructive and focused on work, not personal attacks.
- Employees must honestly evaluate their actions and be receptive to feedback, ensuring a respectful work environment.
- Gossip, slander, or harassment based on personal characteristics such as race, gender, or religion is not tolerated.
- Employees should resolve conflicts through constructive dialogue, respecting differing opinions.
- In unresolved disputes, the head of enivo may be involved to help mediate, and employees should avoid publicizing disagreements.
- Private matters should be kept separate from work, and work time should not be used for personal issues.
- When engaging with partners, employees should ensure that they follow the Code. If a partner does not respect it, the matter should be raised with management.
- Miscellaneous
- The Code is available on the enivo internal news page and website. All employees must confirm that they have read the Code.
- If employees are unsure about the Code or suspect a violation, they should consult their line manager or, if necessary, the Board.
- A Code of Ethics Violations Committee may be established by the Chairman of the Board to resolve disputes.
- The leadership of enivo should set an example by demonstrating ethical behavior and addressing any employee inquiries related to ethics. Employees are encouraged to propose improvements to the Code.
- Violations of the Code may result in disciplinary actions, depending on the severity of the incident.
- The Code is reviewed at least every five years to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
- The Board of enivo oversees the implementation and monitoring of the Code.
- Any amendments to the Code will be approved by the Board, and the new version will become effective immediately.
