Yes, exactly! For a fixed monthly fee, you can place as many orders as you like. There is no limit to the number of orders or the amount of work that can be commissioned. Only you decide which order you want to receive first and which can wait a little longer.
Very simply, it’s your maximum number of orders that we work on in parallel, not on a first-come, first-served basis. These are all your orders that you have not confirmed as complete – they are either in progress with us or we are awaiting corrections from you. All your other orders, if any, are queued and as soon as you confirm an open order as complete, we will proceed to the next one in the queue.
Each of your orders is organised and controlled by your personal project manager, with whom you can agree on the fastest possible turnaround time for each order.
The average turnaround time for graphic design projects is 24 to 72 hours. For larger jobs (video development, catalogue layout, etc.), your personal project manager will contact you no later than the maximum response time for the selected plan to clarify the details, steps and deadlines of the larger job.
Yes, all development staff have at least 5 (most 10+) years of experience in their profession.
There is no limit to the number of users. There is a limit only on the number of orders that can be opened at the same time.
No problem, contact your personal project manager for a personalised quote for your current service. It will be priced individually and will be developed independently of the subscription plan (and will not affect the number of simultaneous open orders).
Each subscription plan is based on our more than 15 years of experience in a wide range of advertising development assignments, taking into account our clients’ needs and requirements. It is not possible to change the services included in the plan, but it is possible to change the plan itself, where these services are included. If you need a service that’s not included in the plan you’ve chosen, you can always order it separately.

Yes, we will set up, configure, deploy and manage your advertising on both Google and your company’s social networks if you choose the appropriate Subscription Plan. The budget for the placement of the ads themselves is not included in the Subscription Plan.
Yes, it is possible. However, if you have a 6 or 12 month contract, you will have to pay a penalty of half of the difference between the plans until the end of the period.

You can place an order on behalf of another company, organisation or individual outside the Subscription Plan at any time. Under the subscription plan, you and your colleagues can only place orders for your company, i.e. the company that has signed the subscription agreement.
Only you or your colleagues working for your company can place orders under your company’s subscription plan. For each branch of a multinational company abroad, we offer a subscription plan that suits them best.
